As part of its development, AW² is looking to recruit a Project Architect with 10-years experience minimum in high-end interior design. Revit skills required, experience on international projects, ideally in the hotel sector and on resort projects. Fluency in English required. Available immediately to join the AW² team in Paris.
The Project Architect manages several projects simultaneously, projects of different types and sizes, whether or not they are in the same geographical area. He/she is responsible for the development and production of all phases of the project, from design to execution plans. He/she is in charge of customer relations and is responsible for schedules, the quality of files sent to the customer and the profitability of his/her projects. He/she manages a team (project assistants or trainees) set up for the needs of each project.
Profile required:
- Interior designer or architect with extended experience in interior design
- 10 years’ experience minimum in architectural firms, working on international and high-end interior design projects
- Software: Revit, Autocad, Adobe suite
- Professional English speaker
- Project management
- Management of several people directly
- Organised, autonomous, initiative
- Management of customer relations
- Ability to adapt and be flexible
- Easy and efficient communication
- Cooperative spirit and ability to work across sectors
- Management of workload
- Ability to travel according to projects
