PROJECT ARCHITECT

As part of its development, AW² is looking to recruit a Project Architect with experience in high-end architecture and interior design. Revit skills required, minimum 10 years experience in an agency, ideally in the hotel and interior design sector. Fluency in English required (international projects). Available immediately to join the AW² team in Paris.

The Project Architect manages several projects simultaneously, projects of different types and sizes, whether or not they are in the same geographical area. He/she is responsible for the development and production of all phases of the project, from design to execution plans.  He/she is in charge of customer relations and is responsible for schedules, the quality of files sent to the customer and the profitability of his/her projects. He/she manages a team (project assistants or trainees) set up for the needs of each project.

Profile required:

• Architect, with at least 10 years’ experience in architectural firms, working on international and high-end interior design projects
• Software: Revit, Autocad, Adobe suite
• Professional English speaker
• Project management
• Management of several people directly
• Organised, autonomous, initiative
• Management of customer relations
• Ability to adapt and be flexible
• Easy and efficient communication
• Cooperative spirit and ability to work across sectors
• Management of workload
• Ability to travel according to projects
