PROJECT ARCHITECT

As part of its development, AW² is looking to recruit a Project Architect with 10-years experience minimum in high-end architecture and interior design. Revit skills required, experience on international projects, ideally in the hotel and interior design sector. Fluency in English required. Available immediately to join the AW² team in Paris.

The Project Architect manages several projects simultaneously, projects of different types and sizes, whether or not they are in the same geographical area. He/she is responsible for the development and production of all phases of the project, from design to execution plans.  He/she is in charge of customer relations and is responsible for schedules, the quality of files sent to the customer and the profitability of his/her projects. He/she manages a team (project assistants or trainees) set up for the needs of each project.

Profile required:

• Architect, with at least 10 years’ experience in architectural firms, working on international and high-end interior design projects
• Software: Revit, Autocad, Adobe suite
• Professional English speaker
• Project management
• Management of several people directly
• Organised, autonomous, initiative
• Management of customer relations
• Ability to adapt and be flexible
• Easy and efficient communication
• Cooperative spirit and ability to work across sectors
• Management of workload
• Ability to travel according to projects
