3D VISUALISATION PROJECT ARCHITECT

As part of its development, AW² is looking to recruit an experienced 3D Visualisation Project Architect to join its team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience producing high-end visualisations for architectural projects, including hospitality, residential and public facilities. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in an architectural practice is required, with proven expertise in architectural and interior visualisations, particularly in high-end hospitality and residential sectors. Available quickly to join the AW² team in Paris.

Reporting directly to the 3D Visualisation Team Manager, the 3D Project Architect will contribute to the design phases of projects and develop or optimise modelling strategies in 3ds Max, in coordination with other 3D software (Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, AI tools, etc.). The role includes the production of images throughout all project phases, in accordance with the agency’s guidelines and within the deadlines set by the Visualisation Team Manager. The candidate will ensure the quality and consistency of images presented internally and externally. The position also requires maintaining continuous technological and methodological monitoring (software, tools, workflows, external collaborators, etc.) to remain at the forefront of architectural visualisation practices.

Candidate profile:

• 3D Visualisation Architect with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in an architectural practice
• Proven experience on architectural and high-end interior projects (hospitality, residential, retail)
• Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona and Photoshop; knowledge of D5 Render is appreciated
• Solid architectural and graphic culture, with the ability to integrate AI tools into the visualisation process
• Strong artistic sensibility, attention to detail and high standards for image quality
• Professional proficiency in English
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across disciplines
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload efficiently
