You may also be required to oversee additional projects within the team, should the main project be delayed or placed on hold.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for the development and production of all the phases of the project: from briefing, needs analysis, clarification of objectives, design&#8230; to project completion, internal and external debriefings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In charge of estimating and managing resources and project contracts, planning, production and customer relations, in compliance with the guidelines established by the partners and the managing director.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Expertise Team) in accordance with the studio\u2019s processes and guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and coordinate external consultants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In charge of a team of multiple people (project architects, assistant architects, interns), including recruitment, training an management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design Team referent, in line with the partners\u2019 design guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internal and external ambassador of the \u201cAW\u00b2 project\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Profile\/skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Architect with extended experience in interior design. 15 years&#8217; experience minimum in architectural firms, working on international high-end projects.
