Who collects and processes your personal data?<\/h3>\nThe information collected when your application is examined is processed by Architecture Workshop 2 in its capacity as data controller, a limited liability company recorded in the Paris Tarde and Company Register under number 410 551 865 with share capital of 5,600.00 Euros, and whose head office is located at 74 rue Bonaparte, 75006 Paris, represented by Sophie Levent, acting as the Director ofHuman Resources (&#8220;AW\u00b2&#8221;).\n\t<div id=\"gap-1615033614\" class=\"gap-element clearfix\" style=\"display:block; height:auto;\">\n\t\t\n<style>\n#gap-1615033614 {\n  padding-top: 30px;\n}\n<\/style>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n<h3>2. For what purposes is your personal data processed?<\/h3>\nYour personal data is processed by AW\u00b2, in its role as data controller and within the scope of its recruitment process, for the specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes that are described hereinafter.\n\nData processing for the following purposes is necessary for <strong>the execution of the pre-contractual measures<\/strong> taken at your request:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Application processing;<\/li>\n \t<li>Interview management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nYou are informed that collection of the personal data identified hereinafter is contractually necessary for the execution of the pre-contractual measures taken at your request. The effective execution of the aforementioned precontractual measures thus depends on the collection and suppl y of this personal data. Failure to provide said personal data will therefore prevent AW\u00b2 from executing said pre-contractual measures.\n\nData processing for the following purposes is based on the pursuit of <strong>AW\u00b2&#8217;s legitimate interest<\/strong> in identifying potential candidates to strengthen its workforce:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Receipt, registration and classification of CVs;<\/li>\n \t<li>profile searching.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. What categories of personal data are processed, and where does this data come from?<\/h3>\nAW\u00b2 only processes the personal data that is strictly necessary for it to serve the purposes that are described above, which includes the following categories of information:\n<ul>\n \t<li><strong>ldentity data<\/strong> : title, sumame, first name, age, postal address, email address, telephone number;<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Work-related data<\/strong>: work experience, education, all information usually contained in a CV, evaluation of the candidate and the results of the practical assessment, where applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nThis could be data that you provide to AW\u00b2 if you apply directly to it, or personal data collected from our partner recruitment agencies who share it with AW\u00b2.\n\t<div id=\"gap-1078050678\" class=\"gap-element clearfix\" style=\"display:block; height:auto;\">\n\t\t\n<style>\n#gap-1078050678 {\n  padding-top: 30px;\n}\n<\/style>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n<h3>4. Who are the recipients of your personal data?<\/h3>\nIn compliance with applicable texts the processed data is communicated to the recipients indicated below when this is necessary within the scope of recruitment management.\n\nWithin AW\u00b2, personal data is communicated notably to the following recipients:\n<ul>\n \t<li>The directors and\/or managers directly involved in the recruitment;<\/li>\n \t<li>Members of staff who have exchanged with the candidates, or any other authorized member of staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nPersonal data can also be transmitted to the following recipients:\n<ul>\n \t<li>AW\u00b2&#8217; s recruitment agency partners;<\/li>\n \t<li>AW\u00b2&#8217; s suppliers and sub-contractors (IT service providers) ;<\/li>\n \t<li>The AW\u00b2 branch located in Geneva (Switzerland).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nThese recipients guarantee the strict confidentiality of personal data in their possession.\n\t<div id=\"gap-1723164157\" class=\"gap-element clearfix\" style=\"display:block; height:auto;\">\n\t\t\n<style>\n#gap-1723164157 {\n  padding-top: 30px;\n}\n<\/style>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n<h3>5. Is personal data transferred outside the European Economic Area?<\/h3>\nThe different categories of personal data that are processed by AW\u00b2 as set out above may be the subject of a data transfer outside the European Economie Area. What time limits are applicable to the storage of processed data ?<\/h3>\nData concerning successful candidates will be kept for the period of their employment. What are your rights?<\/h3>\nYou have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data.\n<h5 style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">a) The right of access<\/h5>\nYou can obtain confirmation that your persona! data has or has not been processed. Restricted data processing can be requested in the following cases:\n<ul>\n \t<li>When you are challenging the accuracy of your persona! data: the restriction on processing must be irnplemented until AW\u00b2 is able to check the accuracy of the persona! data in question;<\/li>\n \t<li>Processing is unlawful but you object to the personal data being erased: restricted processing is then an alternative to the erasure of personal data;<\/li>\n \t<li>AW\u00b2 no longer needs to process the personal data but you need the personal data for the establishment, exercise, or defence of rights before the courts;\nYou object to processing: the restriction on processing must be implemented during the period of checking whether the legitimate grounds pursued by AW\u00b2 prevail over yours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">e) The right to object to data processing<\/h5>\nYou have the right to object, at any time, for reasons that are specific to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data the legal basis for which is AW\u00b2&#8217;s legitirnate interest.\nIf such right is exercised, AW\u00b2 will no longer process the data that is subject of the right to object, unless it can prove legitimate and compelling grounds on which to continue said processing. This right therefore applies only to personal data processing based on the execution of precontractual measures undertaken at your request and which are implemented using automated procedures ( excluding manual or on-paper data processing, therefore).\n\nThis right concems only the personal data that you have provided to AW\u00b2 and does not therefore include either derived or inferred data, such data not having been communicated by you but created by AW\u00b2.
